Participants are placed into international teams, each representing a different country, encouraging cultural awareness and global connection. This program builds confidence and teamwork in a fun, inclusive environment.
Inspired by one of the world’s most celebrated multi-sport events, our Proactivity Games program gives kids the chance to become an all-round athlete! Participants take part in a variety of sporting disciplines, from athletics and target sports to team challenges and relay events.
Kids are grouped into competing nations, working together to climb the medal tally while discovering new sports and developing sportsmanship, resilience, and teamwork along the way.
Kids will navigate fun and challenging courses, test their skills and compete in friendly games. Whether they’re beginners or mini golf pros, this action-packed session promises loads of laughter and excitement.

Our service is completely fully managed, meaning we take the operational pressure entirely off your vacation care staff. We handle the complete delivery, equipment setup, structured session facilitation, and final pack-down. While our specialised facilitators actively lead the games and supervise the activity zones, we just require your educators to remain present to assist with general duty of care and student behaviour management.
Our mobile setups are built to be highly flexible and client-centric, allowing us to adapt to whatever facilities your holiday program has access to. We maintain full Public Liability Insurance (Certificate of Currency) and provide comprehensive, site-specific Risk Assessments ahead of every booking to assist with your administrative compliance. Furthermore, every single facilitator on our team holds a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).

Our larger, active equipment (including the Ninja Warrior course) is secured using only certified weights, strictly avoiding ground stakes to protect your facility. All Inflatables are continuously monitored and actively supervised by our trained facilitators to ensure safe participant limits and high-flow engagement.
No, we do not require individual parent waivers for participation. Our specialist facilitators manage a fully safe and supervised environment, and Proactivity maintains comprehensive Public Liability Insurance. We provide all necessary site-specific Risk Assessments and safety documentation to the Vacation Care provider ahead of the booking, allowing your educators to manage their administrative compliance seamlessly.
