  • Attended Paul Chek seminars for Swiss Ball & Core Stability training
  • Specialising in Pilates, Swiss ball and Balance Training techniques
  • Member of Sports Medicine Australia
  • Basic First Aid and Anaphylaxis certified

  • Level 3 Athletics Australia Specialist Coach – Sprints & Hurdles
  • Qualified Sprints /Hurdles coach since 1997.
  • Current Hurdles coach for Caulfield Grammar School
  • Previously coached at The Peninsula School & Frankston High School
  • Events Coached – 100m, 200m, 400m, Hurdles and General Fitness
  • Coached by Level 5 coach Mike Drury for 10 years
  • Trained with and studied under Level 5 National hurdles coach Roy Boyd for 4 years
  • Trained with and studied under Phil King, coach of Seoul 1988 Olympic Gold Medallist
  • Debbie Flintoff-King and World & Commonwealth Gold Medallist - Jana Pittman.
