About the Event

We don’t think anyone would argue these are really testing times.

Now, more than ever, staff need the guidance of you, their leaders and colleagues, to build resilience... so teachers can do what they do best - teach and support the students in their care.

The purpose of this webinar is clear: For you to leave it, equipped with a range of concrete, practical skills. Skills and strategies to support you to intentionally foster resilience in those you lead. Skills to minimise the likelihood of colleagues reacting to the unfolding challenges of this time, with high emotion and negativity - reactions which can detract from team unity and individual effectiveness.

Importantly, Pete doesn’t want to provide you with a set of skills in a vacuum. In this webinar, you will gain an insight into the underlying WHY behind these skills, and the principles driving them. With this knowledge, you will be far better placed to apply them in your own, unique school environment.

Webinar Speaker: Pete Muling (Founder - CEO @ETHICAL LEADERS)

With over twenty years of senior leadership experience in both the secondary education and university sectors, Pete brings with him a wealth of knowledge in how to lead with excellence.

A key part of Pete’s outlook on leadership has been shaped by his decade-long connection with international authorities in the area of organisational health and organisational stress.

Pete has several strong convictions about leadership:

  • It’s hard
  • Personality, good intentions and hard work are not enough to deal with the complexities of leading people
  • The focus of leaders must be on addressing the root causes of issues
  • Just as an elite sportsperson knows the why - how - what and when of skill execution, so do leaders need to be consciously skilled

Pete is driven by a passion to support others to lead with integrity, skill and purpose. He looks forward to connecting with you on October 7.
