Proactivity's AFL program is aimed at both teaching and building on fundamental skills of the game.

Proactivity`s Touch Rugby program is fun, safe and non-contact. 

Ultimate Frisbee

Ultimate is a non-contact, self-refereed team sport played with a flying disc (or Frisbee).
