Q: How do I make a booking?

You have three ways you can get in touch with us to with your party requests:

  1. Use our Booking Enquiry form,
  2. Call the Proactivity office on (03) 9720 3650 or
  3. Send us an email: [email protected].

Q: Do you provide invitations?

Yes. Our party invitations are downloadable via the birthday party pages (scroll to the bottom) or alternatively, can be emailed to you directly, on request.

Q: Do you require a deposit? How is payment made?

No deposit is required. 

Full payment is required on completion of the party, either by credit card, cash or cheque (in an envelope to the coach), or direct deposit (EFT).

Q: Do you provide food?

No. Our focus is facilitating the sports activities for the children.

Q: What happens if it rains?

If rain seems likely in the lead up to the party, Proactivity will provide you with suitable indoor venues that can be booked in your area. School or community halls are also a suitable venue to run the party. In regards to cancellation, as long as we receive at least 24 hours notice prior to the party, no fees will be charged.

Q: What is the ratio to children?

We have a ratio of 1:15 which helps to ensure that high standard of care is maintained while allowing ample opportunity for our coaches to get around every child in the group. 

Q: Is there a minimum number of guests for a party booking?

We recommend a minimum of 10 guests to maximise the Proactivity Sports Birthday Party experience.

Q: What do the party host(s) do?

Proactivity’s party hosts will entertain the children during the party and facilitate all the sports/activities for the party guests. All our party hosts are highly experienced and adaptable. They always plan to arrive no later than 15 minutes prior to the start of the activities, to set up and get organised. We provide age appropriate equipment, to cater for your child’s sporting interests.

Q: What to wear?

Sports gear, comfortable clothing and runners/sports shoes. Please no thongs or crocs – party guests will not be allowed to participate with bare feet.
