We know how unpredictable local weather can be! Because our mobile equipment is inherently versatile, many popular activations can be pivoted into indoor facilities like sports halls, exhibition centers, or large undercover structures. We will collaborate closely with your event manager in the lead-up to the day to establish a practical wet-weather contingency plan.
Safety is our highest priority, and we are completely “Compliance Ready” for local council regulations. Proactivity maintains an impeccable safety record and carries full Public Liability Insurance (Certificate of Currency). We supply comprehensive, site-specific Risk Assessments ahead of every booking, and every facilitator on our team holds a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
Participant safety is our highest priority. Alongside comprehensive Risk Assessments, we only use certified weights on our inflatables, strictly avoiding the use of stakes, to maintain optimal safety, venue protection, and compliance standards. We also utilise a wind meter (anemometer) to monitor weather conditions in real-time, allowing us to respond appropriately to changing wind speeds. Furthermore, every activity is fully supervised by our specialist facilitators to meet insurance requirements. To maintain the highest standards, our inflatables undergo annual inspections and we maintain detailed maintenance logs. All staff members also complete formal inflatable induction training provided by Giant Inflatables.
